Error description

  • When SETSTATE (AOFRASTA) executes on a Focal point to change the
state of an application on a target system it fails. The
command gets scheduled on the AUTMON task at the focal point
instead of the userid of the task issuing the SETSTATE command.
    Received message:
DWO321I RMTCMD REJECTED: Uxxxxxx ON AUIBMQA1.QAT06 is not
    AUTHORIZED for AUTMON on AUQANTST.AAQ51
Additional Symptoms: When SETSTATE is used on a local system
AUTMON is listed as the issuer in the NetView log; not the user
entering the command. With this fix, the operator issuing the
SETSTATE command is displayed in the Netlog.
