• Add new TGPs for ficon, higher speed ethernets,
  and hipersockets to sample IBMTGPS.

  *                      ficon, and HiperSockets.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  There are no sample TG profiles for the higher speed
  devices such as fast and gigabit ethernet, ficon, and
  Hipersockets. This is needed most for Enterprise Extender,
  and High Performance Routing (HPR), where the Adaptive
  Rate Based (ARB) Pacing algorithms use the Capacity
  parameter of these Transmission Group characteristics.
  Capacities more reflective of actual capacities can aid
  performance.
  

Problem conclusion

• Add sample TG profiles to IBMTGPS for fast ethernet devices,
  gigabit ethernet devices, ficon devices, ficon express devices,
  and Hipersockets.
  
  The following is the proposed publication change for this
