OA12263: IST1793I FROM D NET,RTPS,TEST=YES OVER VRTG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• D NET,RTPS,ID=CNRxxxxx,TEST=YES is issued for a one hop pipe
  that traverses a VRTG.  The test always fails with message
  IST1793I  HPR ROUTE TEST NOT INITIATED - RTP PU NOT IN
  PROPER STATE.  A display of the CNR PU shows the state is
  CONNECTED.  The test fails only when the pipe is using a VRTG.

  The problem is summarized as follows:
  1) An HPR pipe is established over a VRTG connection.
  2) The operator issues D NET,RTP,TEST=YES in order to send a
     Route Test over the HPR pipe.
  3) IST1793I  HPR ROUTE TEST NOT INITIATED - RTP PU NOT IN
     PROPER STATE is seen.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISTRCCTR is updated to handle the case when the HPR pipe is
  over a VRTG connection.
