Error description
With Arabic typing, there is a problem with the connector letter. For example, using the current keyboard and typing right-to-left, with the Arabic letter 'JHEEM' connecting with 'DHAL' or 'ALEF', and then shift+J for the connector dash, the Shift+J prints Arabic 'TAH' instead of a dash.
Local fix
Problem summary
Tatweel character can not be typed in Windows platform with 101 Keyboard, and Shift + j which is mapped to Tatweel in Windows is typing Teeh in HOD.
Problem conclusion
Wrong Mapping for the Shift + J; it should be mapped to Tatweel instead of Teeh
Temporary fix
