Problem Conclusion

Code changes will be taken back to v7r3.

Rather than terminate the iASP or system due to a problem with a
single object, the operating system will instead mark the object
damaged and keep running.  This will mean clients will need to
recover the file in question, but the system/iASP will remain up
and running.
