Loop logging a SRC94299210 Product Activity Log entry.
Problem Summary
If certain errors occur while trying to log a 9210 Product
Activity Log entry the tape device driver may loop resulting in
many SRC94299210 entries.
Problem Conclusion
The tape device driver has been changed to prevent the looping
condition while logging a SRC94299210 Product Activity Log
entry.
