FILE PARTIALLY DAMAGED.

Error Description

attempts to work on the file being reorged and marks the file as
partially damaged. Resulting in VL 0600 5EED.

Problem Summary

While executing a RGZPFM, the DB Statistics Collection Job
attempts to work on the file being reorged and marks the file as
partially damaged. Resulting in VL 0600 5EED.

Problem Conclusion

Changes were made to ensure that file records being accessed by
DB statistics without serialization do not result in damage, if
the access itself is not valid, ex., record beyond file end,
etc.
