Abstract

LIC-OTHER-INCORROUT CLUSTER NODE INCORRECTLY STARTS AS
SINGLETON CLUSTER.

Error Description

Timing windows exist that can cause a cluster node to          
incorrectly start as a singleton cluster.                      

Problem Summary

Timing windows exist that can cause a cluster node to          
incorrectly start as a singleton cluster.                      

Problem Conclusion

Code change will reduce the chance of a cluster node incorrectly
starting as a singleton cluster.
