Abstract
LIC-OTHER-UNPRED CHANGE OF PACING DEFAULTS FOR UNMAPPING
FREESPACE TO SVC BASED STORAGE.
Error Description
Internal SMFSUNMAP_WORKER task(s) currently being used when
IBMi is connected to SVC based external storage to help open
up actual free space on the external storage LUNs. This worker
task can be quite aggressive in some environments,
therefore a code change is going to be a result of this APAR
which will change the default pacing behavior by this task and
allow the ability to modify if needed through an Advanced
Analysis Macro.
Problem Summary

Problem Conclusion
The default pacing behavior will be changed to slow the task
down.
