Abstract
OSP SEIZE ORPHANED WHEN DELETING A MATERIALIZED TEMPORARY INDEX
(MTI) AND AN EXCEPTION OCCURRED.
Error Description
It is suspected that when an MTI was being deleted, an
exception occurred causing the seize to not be freed. This
caused issues when the SQE optimizer tried to access the MTI.

Problem Conclusion
Exception handling within the SLIC destroy data space index path
has been enhanced to ensure seizes are not left behind.
