Abstract
IPL-SRCB6005121 PAGEFAULTS FAILED AS IODDREQUEST WAS IN A
PRE-CONDITION VIOLATION WHICH WILL ALWAYS TI.
Error Description
The system will always TI with this precondition violation.
Pagefaults failed because IoDdRequest was in a pre-condition
violation.
Only seen when running DS8000 hyperswap, would happen at IPL
time, SRC words for the B6005121 from dumpTI would show
something like
SRC Word 11: B6005121 (PreBuilt)
12: 00000061
13: 00010004
14: 000000CC
15: 0003001A (could be 0003001C)
Note: If this error occurs during IPL with DS8000 hyperswap
active.
Problem Summary
The page fault failed because Licensed Internal Code was in a
pre-condition violation, leading to the partition termination.
This only occur when running DS8000 hyperswap, during IBM i
partition IPL.
