stacks.

Problem Summary
In the primary instance of this wait condition, SWA (Save While
Active) was running against IASP data.
Many jobs stuck waiting on IASP resident stacks. The resident
stacks are waiting on a SWA insert to complete. Due to memory
constraints the SWA insert tasks were taking a page fault which
had to be looked up in the IASP permanent directory. Getting
the lock on a permanent directory page caused an address compare
to happen which is gets stuck waiting on the SWA stacks.
Service keywords:
resstackpool -i
SMSWAINSxx tasks
SmSaveWhileActiveNucleus
Problem Conclusion
We will avoid turning on the address compare flag for the IASP
permanent directory pages.
