Abstract
LIC-SRC6B253100-INCORROUT IOP REIPL DURING TARGET RECOVERY
END OF ABSTRACT
Error Description
An unnecessary IOP reset may occur during recovery from a lost
target port. While attempting to recover from Fibre Channel
problems, 6B25 virtual Fibre Channel adapter may unnecessarily
reIPL itself. The adapter will log SRC6B253100 in the PAL with
extended words:

2 SRC00000062
3 SRC00010012
4 SRC9000002C
5 SRC00020003
6 SRC00030002
This entry should be followed by SRCB6005120 and SRCB6005275
for the failing 6B25 controller and IOP resources.

Problem Conclusion
Licensed Internal Code will change to avoid sending the VIOS a
request with a target Fibre Channel ID of zero.
