Abstract
OSP-LOOP JOBS LOOP IN DBSTCONTAINER AND CAN NOT BE ENDED. IPL
NEEDED TO RECOVER.
Error Description
Jobs loop in DBSTCONTAINER vlogs vl0600a0f3 vl0600a0f1
generated this occurs once the system hits maximum number of
allowable statistics on a table (number of columns in the table
* 4) once the max is reached new stats are not complete causing
the looping. The job can also hold locks / seize on the table
in questions preventing access to the table where other jobs
will hang in a seize conflict
