Error Description
Journaled index is being invalidated during iASP vary-on and the
vary-on waits for the index to rebuild before completing.

Journaled index is being invalidated during iASP vary-on and the
vary-on waits for the index to rebuild before completing.
Problem Conclusion
Special handling of objects during IASP vary-on is missing from
a specific code path potentially called during the Journal
Synchronization step of IASP vary-on recovery. The APAR correct
the issue and prevents the index from being invalidated.
