Abstract
LIC-INCORROUT NPIV DISK UNIT RESOURCES NOT CREATED
Error Description
NPIV disk device connections added after removing others may not
show up as available disk unit resources if the new connections
exceed the 64 devices per adapter limit.

Problem Conclusion
The 6B25 virtual Fibre Channel adapter Licensed Internal Code
will replace non-configured disk units which no longer have a
host to logical unit mapping with newly mapped logical disk
units after a 5 minute grace period.
