Error description
The presence of brackets (<>) in attachment filenames may cause Traveler to read these names incorrectly, which can cause a filename mismatch when the server attempts to find and stream the attachments in the document by name. This results in a 404="Entry not found in index" message in the Traveler Error logs, and the attachment will not be able to be opened on the mobile device. The Traveler server has been updated to handle filenames with this type of formatting.
Local fix
Users can omit brackets from the filenames of attachments that are included in any new (future) emails
