Error description
Customer have tested some users after upgrading to Lotus Notes 901. They use roaming services, but some users workspace icons do not display when they setup lotus notes 9 at the first time. It only showed up basic icons. It seems like it did not sync icons of workspace. They have investigated bookmark.nsf and it keep icon data into ($workspace) folder.
Local fix
delete existing bookmark from server roaming folder then replicate bookmark from local machine to server
