Error description
If a company has two users with the same name (for example, John Doe) but separate email addresses (jdoe@us.ibm.com and jdoe2@us.ibm.com) and a user has a contact for the one (John Doe with jdoe2@us.ibm.com), the contact may end up syncing to the mobile with additional information from the other person with the same name (John Doe with jdoe@us.ibm.com). With this additional but incorrect information in the contact, the contact photo may be associated with the wrong user in the Verse clients (the picture for jdoe2@us.ibm.com may be displayed with an email from jdoes@us.ibm.com).

Problem only seen with two contacts with the same name in the same company syncing to the IBM Verse application.
Problem conclusion
The IBM Traveler server has been updated to resolve this issue.
Temporary fix
