LO89156: NOTES FOLDERS NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED

Error description

• 1.User creates a folder:
  (Image 18447.668.668.2016-04-27_083907.png in attached file in
  attachments
  database)
  2.User creates a sub folder in this folder with restricted name
  for top
  hierarchy level:
  (Image 18447.668.668.2016-04-27_084027.png in attached file in
  attachments
  database)
  3.User drags the folder to the top of hierarchy:
  (Image 18447.668.668.2016-04-27_084046.png in attached file in
  attachments
  database)
  4.At this point this operation should be denied with error about
  duplicated
  folder as user gets, when creating this folder directly on a top
  level.
  5.After restart folder is still in hierarchy:
  (Image 18447.668.668.2016-04-27_084107.png in attached file in
  attachments
  database)
  6.When user tries to create a mail rule based on this folder he
  gets an error:

  attachments
  database)
