Open the mail database and note the four folders 2.The first and forth folders ("ASHFIELD Barry" and "PURSER Tracey") display correctly 3.The second and third folder ("BECKWITH John" and "COZENs Joan") display as if they were the trash folders Replacing the template and running maintenance does not correct the problem
