Error description
You are using Track-It! to monitor a server mail database. When a user sends an email to the mail database using iNotes, a ticket is created successfully and the user is notified. When the user sends an email to the mail database using IBM Notes, the user does not receive an email for the ticket.
Local fix
One customer reported to have resolved the issue by creating a mail rule from the mail database to an IMAP mail database. Track-It! was able to process the tickets properly on the IMAP database.
