Error description
When running Smart Upgrade with SURunAs in Notes 8.5.3 FP3 to upgrade it to Notes 9.0.1 FP5 IF1, the installation just finishes without any error, however, the Notes Client did not get upgraded. After isolating the issue, found out that running the SURunAs locally encounters an error about "Failed to launch process as specified user. error: 5" when using SURunAs 8.5.2, but when using SURunAs 8.5.3 and 9.0.1, an Interactive Service Detection appears and when viewing the message, the error says "Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Windows\winsxs\b2rg91xw.1p4. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator."
