LO88020: ISSUE WITH DISPLAY OF GRAYCOL.GIF ICON IN NOTES CLIENT, WITH MAIL REPLIED TO ALL FROM INOTES

Error description

• It has been found that when replying with history / reply to
  all between notes and iNotes, the graycol.gif does not display
  correctly in the notes client.
  
  The customer finds that it is a dead image (does nothing), and
  does not display as it does in iNotes, it shows as a small dot
  rather than the gray arrow expected (despite graycol.gif being
  a notes/domino icon) the customer expects the twistie image to
  show correctly and that the twistie will allow the section to
  expand/ collapse as needed.
  
  It was found:
  - Mail sent from iNotes is html, so is sent as an image rather
  than a rich text section. so the expand/ collapse option will
  not be available.
  -> but the image should show correctly, but it only shows as a
  dot in notes.
  
  Setup:
  - Tested on iNotes 9.0.1FP5 and notes 9.0.1
  - created 2 users: notes users and iNotes user
  
  Steps:
  1. In inotes 901, open the mailfile of notes user
  -> Send mail to iNotes user with text - e.g: "This is mail 1
  sent from notes"
  2. open browser (e.g IE or firefox) and log into iNotes users
  mailfile, open the mail can see initial text.
  -> select "reply to all" (can use with history only or with
  history & attachments),
  -> original text is indented, and above this add text e.g "This
  is mail 2, reply from iNotes".
  3. Go back to notes, and open the reply mail, it shows:
  latest text from mail 2 first, and below that mail 1 indented.
  -> select "reply to all with history", and you get a rich text
  "section" that reaches across the screen, that is collapsable
  (there is also an arrow), and shows the previous mails in this
  section.
  -> add reply text, e.g: "This is mail 3, sent from notes"
  4. Go back to iNotes and open the reply
  -> it shows latest text first, then the section with the
  graycol.gif image, which is now an image i.e not collapsable in
  iNotes.
  -> select "reply to all with history", add text e.g "This is
  mail 4 sent from iNotes section no longer  collapsible it is an
  image"
  5. open the mail in notes
  ===> the graycol.gif icon is not longer showing, a small dot
  shows in its place.
  
  The graycol.gif image should still show, even if no longer
  expandable/ collapsible.
