APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When an invitee to a meeting is an external user with an
internet address instead of a Domino CN, that user's invitee
status may not be updated by Traveler after they have responded
to an invitation. This is caused by the "display name"
associated with the internet address being different from the
format of the address within Domino. This is especially
apparent when the display name contains a forward slash '/'.

Problem summary

  • Invitee status may show as Not Responded on Mobile device for
invitee in a different Domino Domain.

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Traveler server has been updated to handle this scenario
correctly.
