Error description
User accesses to Notes 8.5.3 and Sametime Proxy 9.0 with IE11. When the user selects any user from Contact List and choose "New wessage", "A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail." error occurs. A new email form is opened, but user can't send and save as draft the mail. THe same problem also occurs in Firefox. Log in iNotes with IE11. 2. Set "Home" in "Preferences - Basics - Display this tab when starting:". 3. Close all of browser window. 4. Log in iNotes with IE11. 5. Open a contact list on side bar. 6. Select a hamburger icon next to the user name. 4. Select "New Message". "A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail." error occurs. Although a new email is created, the message isn't able to be sent / saved as draft.
