Error description
Through multiple layers of server migration we have found and fixed two problems that customers may have experienced at some point. This APAR is being used to deliver two tell commands that will check for any users who may have either of these problems and offer a repair option. Note that the repair does cause the user's device to resync data. Generally the user is not even aware the device performed the resync, but it could be noticeable if the user is in the middle of reading or composing e-mail on their device. Tell command details. Note use the show command to determine if problem exists. Recommended to use the repair option during off peak hours or scheduled maintenance window. tell traveler DbRecordsCheck <command> <max> Where <command> includes: Show - Displays all users with missing or orphaned Traveler database records. Repair - Performs a Reset command on any users with missing or orphaned Traveler database records. Where <max> indicates the maximum number of users with missing records to check. ''*'' may be used to indicate all users (no maximum). tell traveler DbAccountsCheck <command> <max> Where <command> includes: Show - Displays all users with more than one Traveler database account records. Repair - Performs a Reset command on any users with more than one Traveler database account record. Where <max> indicates the maximum number of users with more than one Traveler database account records to check. ''*'' may be used to indicate all users (no maximum).

Problem summary
Both problems appear to be a result of multiple levels of migration through Traveler versions, though neither problem appears common. Symptoms of both include missing certain items on mobile device which may include calendar entries, contacts, e-mail or e-mail folders.
Problem conclusion
Tell commands provided to make it easy to determine if one of these problems exist and a repair option provide to eliminate the issue. It is not expected either issue would return once resolved.
