LO87556: NCLDBDIR.EXE CANNOT START WITHOUT ANY ERROR MESSAGE

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• The customer shutdown/ and start domino server every night.
  Very Intermittently (3 times in a year),  nclrepl.exe or
  ncldbdir.exe task cannot start normally.
  
  They set DEBUG_INITTERM=1 and DEBUGSIGCHILD=1 in NOTES.INI, but
  there are no useful output.

  In this case,  ncldbdir.exe could not start.  It might be fail
  during initialization.. but there are no error message about
  initialization.

  The customer perform nsd but there are no information about PID
  0x1B10.
  After the issue occurred, the administrator perform "load
  cldbdir" manually. At this time, the task loaded successfully.
