LO87356: DUPLICATE EMAILS WHEN RECIPIENT IS A MEMBER OF A GROUP IN THE TO FIELD AND THE MEMBER'S ADDRESS IS ALSO IN THE CC FIELD

Error description

• Duplicate emails when recipient is a member of a group in the
  TO field and the member's address is also in the CC field
  
  User is sending an email locally to the server group where some
  of member's address are also in the CC or BCC field. The router
  then generates two copies of email and does not eliminate the 2
  address of the recipient
  

Local fix

• Use internet address of the member on the server group to avoid
  duplicate copies of the message so that the parameter
  RouterDupElimLookedUpFullName=1 will take effect
