From Document#1697401 In some cases, the issue is resolved by closing all open tabs in Notes, closing Notes, deleting the local cache.NDK file (located under your Notes\data\ directory) and restarting Notes. In other cases, deleting the ByURL view in bookmark.nsf and then deleting the cache.NDK resolved the issue: In the Workspace, highlight the bookmark icon. Hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and from the menu, select View > Go To > hidden view (ByURL). In the same view, select all documents and delete them. Note: You will get an error, just click OK. Close Notes, delete cache.NDK Launch Notes and test.
