Error description
This happens on Mime attachments that have embeded images without file name. The code to determine the file name was not consistent in determine the file name. This caused and error when the attachment was streamed to the device. This would cause the body of the email not to be displayed on the device. The following message was shown on the device "This message has not been downloaded from the server".
Local fix
Problem summary
Traveler server may encounter error when processing attachments for Mime based e-mail. The server error is "Internal Error: Debug Data: Could not find file attachment". The device error seen is simply a message that the attachment can not be downloaded.
Problem conclusion
The Traveler server has been updated to resolve this scenario.
Temporary fix
