Error description

  • Customer hits print error when printing a message.
    
    If launching Notes using nlnotes.exe, then print the message, it
    can be printed
    correctly.
    
    Customer tried the following method, still hit this problem:
    1. Reinstall notes client
    2. Reconfigure notes client
    3. Recreate workspace folder
    4. Reinstall printer driver
