LO83840: INDENT IS INSERTED UNINTENDEDLY BEFORE RICH TEXT FIELD IN THE TABLE

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• When Notes client saves the document created from web browser,
  unintentional indent will be inserted before rich text field in
  the table.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open sample db with web browser.
  (http://server/sample.nsf/($All)?OpenView)
  2. Click "New"
  3. Input text in the body field and save the doc.
  4. Open the doc with Notes client.
  5. Edit and save.
  6. Reopen the doc.
  -> Indent is inserted before the rich text filed.
  The issue occurs in Notes 9 but does not occur in 8.5.3.
  

Local fix

• Enable "Store contents as HTML and MIME" option in the rich
  text field properties.
