NameLookup: Test
Fullname Only and Notes Hierarchical From address instead of
internet address

2 tests failing out of 8:

testInetAddressUseGDDAlias2

Sets ini variable "SMTPTranslateNoForward" to display the
Sender's name in a
Note hierarchial name in the From field.  Message delivered
still has the
Sender's internet name.

 testInetAddressUseGDDAlias3

Same as above with same ini and result.

Speculate fix to spr TPON8GYCM8 may have affected this ini.
