Error description
When running multiple servers in a high availability pool providing support for IBM Microsoft Access for Outlook clients, it is possible that shutting down one or more of these servers could cause the Outlook client to temporarily show a disconnected status. There is a logic error in the IMSAO server's logic when calculating which servers contain replicas of the user's mail file under an error condition. The algorithm is prematurely removing the reference to the mail replica if there is ever any issue trying to connect to the server hosting the replica. Later this reference will be refreshed, but not in a timely enough fashion to avoid the disconnected error at the Outlook client.
