Error description
There are cases when Notes Traveler can not reach the remote database (NTSDB) when trying to enable an user for monitoring. This error condition gets the user in stated where they are only receiving updates once a day. The cause the user to be in a state of being online, but not monitoring. The error that indicates this situation is logged in "MasterMonitor$EnableThread.run" and some "Exception Thrown: com.lotus.sync.db.PersistenceException" being logged for the user. The worker around is to issue the command Tell Traveler Push Enable <UserId>

Problem summary
User may not auto sync if they were registered during a temporary db outage.
Problem conclusion
The Notes Traveler server has been updated to ensure the registration of the use completes when the db connection is restored so the user syncs normally.
Temporary fix
