Problem summary
Some messages sent on behalf of the Android device, including the device approval notification, may be in the default language of the Traveler server instead of the language of the end user.
Problem conclusion
The Android client was not always sending the language of the device to the server which then defaults to the server language. The Android client was updated to always include the device language.
Temporary fix
This fix is included in Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1 IF7, 9.0.1 IF6 and is available on the Google Play store. See this technote for the latest maintenance infomation: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
