Local fix
Problem summary
SPR# IFAY9MKAHR - Exchange does not properly specify the RECURRENCE-ID value in some cases. Domino attempts to correct this on inbound workflow. It did not do it in all situations so METHOD:REPLY cases did not try to correct the bad value. The inbound workflow handling code will now handle it for the METHOD:REPLY cases as well. When 3rd party systems send separate meeting invitations to single instances of a repeating set Notes could incorrectly treat some invitations as a reschedule notice instead of an invitation. The iCalendar conversion code has been updated to check to see if that specific instance is already in the mail file or not before deciding if the iCalendar is an invitation or a reschedule. SPR# IFAY9MJB2G - Fixes error message: "Error trying to open document" "The repeating instance document corresponding to this notice cannot be located" received when an MS Outlook user accepts one instance of repeating meeting and the meeting chair opens the acceptance message. SPR# NRBY9UCLUD - Tying together one change that is needed due to two separate recent submissions: 1) winmail.dat handling creates iCal from Exchange (and adds a PRODID to identify it) 2) iCal processing takes special care to do extra steps from Exchange
