LO81246: DUPLICATE "APPROVE REPLICA DELETION" REQUESTS ARE BEING CREATED WHEN DELETING REPLICAS

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Duplicate "Approve Replica Deletion" requests are being created
  for the same replica when attempting to delete replicas on
  multiple servers.
  
  Issue is intermittent. The same user is attempting to delete
  the replica in each case.
  
  In some cases two or three "Approve Replica Deletion" requests
  are created on each server with a replica to be deleted.
  
  Steps:
  1. User deletes replica through the Domino Administrator files
  tab.
  2. "Get Replica Information for Deletion" request finds the
  replicas to be deleted on each server and "Approve Replica
  Deletion" request is created.
  3. In some cases, a duplicate "Approve Replica Deletion"
  request is created between 5 and 10 minutes later. In other
  cases there is no duplicate
  

Local fix

• No workaround however the duplicate requests can still be
  processed to delete the replica
