Error description
When Chat Transcripts are set to Automatically Save to the mailfile, when the Mailbox quota is almost reached, the Chat History will not be saved to the Chat History folder in the mailfile. L2 reproduced with Notes 9.0 - Mailbox quota set to 100 MB. When the mailbox reached 94 MB & 95 MB in separate tests, the Chat History could not be saved. In these tests, a normal email could be sent, although with the warning. If some emails are cleared, the chats can then be saved. Users should be able to save chat history until the mailfile quota is reached, not 5MB away from target. Customer can reproduce on 8.5.3 FP4 SHF39.
Local fix
Clear some space from the mailbox and the Transcripts are then saved to Chat History.
