Error description

  • *Customer/User Environment:
    Mac OS 10.9.2
    Google Chrome 35.0.1916.114
    Safari 7.0.3 (9537.75.14)
    Firefox 29.0.1
    Servers Domino 9.0.1 FP1 AIX 1.7
    
    *User demonstrated the issue
    For Chrome: Scrollbar is okay but the scrolling(mouse) is very
    fast
    For Safari: Before it has the same behavior with Chrome but
    after
    updating the profile of the customer, it is not scrolling
    anything but
    scroll bar is okay
    For Firefox: It scrolls three documents at once
    
    *L2 SWE did some tests and tried to reproduce issues
    *Results of tests
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠFor Safari 7.0.2
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠ-scroll bar is okay, can scroll manageably using ordinary
    mouse,
    scroll is fast if mac mouse is used. But needs to check product
    and this might be a bug
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠFor Mozilla 29.0.1
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠ-scrolling is okay, it scrolls three items at a time
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠFor Google Chrome 53.0.1916.114
    ᅠᅠᅠᅠ-same with Safari behavior
    

Local fix

  • For the inbox, until we get a fix we are temporarily using
    "Show
    documents one page at a time" setting in Preferences\Basics
    
    Use Internet Explorer(Windows), other Browsers in Windows
    platform
