Error description
Customer found that the Plain/Text part of an e-mail from Android device would have an encoding specified of us-ascii instead of the desired UTF-8. For many devices us-ascii would be fine, but for some devices in different locals, us-ascii is not sufficient, for example for DBCS characters, national language characters or other local specific special characters.

Problem conclusion
Notes Traveler Server has been updated to use UTF-8 for emails from an Android device.
Temporary fix
