Error description
When opening a .EML file in Notes, user sees error "Note item not found". This occurs when folder references are enabled on the user's mail file that saves as EML. The issue of saving the EML without $FolderRef was fixed in 853FP1 (see SPR # ADEE8FND4B). However, this APAR is to find a fix so a Notes client can open existing .EML files that already have the $FolderRef field.
Local fix
Manually edit the text of the file to remove: type=4; name=$FolderRef
