Error description
Several users receive an error message, when they start their lotus notes client. (after they filled in their password) error message: invalid or nonexistent document The problem seems to be an corrupt names.nsf. Rename names.nsf or using the older version worked. Then found that the LOCATION document is corrupted. Fixup, compact and updall able to fix the corrupted names.nsf. However, sometimes it will deleted the location documents.
