Error description
User with Administrator role and having atleast Author level access logs in to the web administration console and see that the Save and all action buttons are disabled and cant perform any changes to manage devices. Mostly seen when Directory Assistance is enabled for user lookups.
Local fix
Problem summary
When Administrator user was in a different Domino domain than the Traveler server, the Administor role was not beeing detected correctly.
Problem conclusion
The Notes Traveler server was updated to correctly detect Roles for cross domain users.
Temporary fix
This fix is included in Notes Traveler 9.0.1 IF4 and all future releases. For the latest Notes Traveler maintenance release information please see this technote: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
