Error description
After domino user is renamed and syncs with traveler, the old username and their devices still appears in administration views and there is no way to remove those old user and their devices. This problem is particularly seen in HA env.
Local fix
A database administrator can manually issue a delete SQL command to remove this old user record.
Problem summary
After rename of user, the olde user name may be left in the Admin application for Notes Traveler.
Problem conclusion
The Notes Traveler server was updated to handle better the case where a Domino user name is modified.
Temporary fix
