Error description

  • In Windows 7, after switching OS theme to High Contrast Theme,
    Notes's theme will change to "Operation System Theme for Low
    Vision".  And, the theme of notes is grayed out and it can not
    be changed.
    However, if in Windows XP, the theme which Notes has will not
    be changed by OS theme.  And, it is not grayed out and can be
    changed.
    The results of Notes client differ by Windows 7 and Windows XP.
    
    In Windows 7, if it is a new function that the value Notes has
    is changed automatically, user want a publication to help
    database.   And, he requests that the field is not grayed out
    for user friendly.
