Error description

  • On certain android devices, the Travler contact editor sometimes
does not appear a choice for editing and creating contacts.

This can happen when accessing menus from the phone log or
messaging application

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • User reported they did not see an option to use Notes Traveler
contact editor on an Android device.  Issue was only seen on
certain Android devices.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Notes Traveler client for Android devices was updated to resolve
this issue.

    



Temporary fix


    

  • This fix is included in Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1 IF2 and will be
included in all future releases.  In addition an updated
Android client can be obtained from the Google play store
