LO77160: WHEN THE USERS MAIL FILE CONTAINS A FOLDER WITH NO NAME, THE INTIAL ACTIVE SYNC WILL STOP AND NO LONGER SYNC THE USERS DATA.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the users Notes mail file contains a custom folder with no
  name, just a blank or a space as the name, the intial action
  sync folder operation will stop and no other data will be
  processed. The user can delete or rename the no name folder to
  get by this issue.
  

Local fix

• Use a Notes client to delete or provide a name to the folder
  without a name. Delete and recreate the account on the device to
  force a new initial sync.
  

Problem summary

• Customer reported unable to sync with a Windows Phone device.
  Was found the user's mail file contained a folder with no name.
  

Problem conclusion

• Notes Traveler server was updated to handle this unique folder
  sync scenario.
  

Temporary fix

• This fix is included in Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1 IF2 and will be
