Local fix

• Remove this line from the Notes.ini file, disabling
  Intelliprint:
  
  AddinMenus=NIPRINT.dll,IPREPORTTI5.dll,NIVIEW.dll
  
  Customer also confirmed that there is a solution to this issue
  provided by Intelliprint
